Litsea cubeba oil

Litsea cubeba oil refers to the natural essential oil extracted from the fresh fruit of Litsea cubeba . It is slightly yellow in color and contains a lot of citral, so it has a very strong and pleasant lemon smell, which is between floral and fruity.  The main chemical components contained are: citral, limonene, methyl heptenone, coriander oil alcohol, geraniol, vanillin, camphene and so on.

Litsea cubeba oil is mainly used to extract citral at 70-90%, which is the main raw material for the production of violetone, methyl violetone, ethyl violetone and methyl viologen. Litsea cubeba oil is also used to degrade aflatoxin and as a fumigant for warehouse grains. litsea cubeba oil flowers and leaves can also be distilled to obtain aromatic oils for direct use in cosmetics or soap fragrances. Litsea cubeba oil fruit can be distilled to obtain aromatic oil, the kernel can also be extracted from the fatty oil, the oil yield is 15-25%, the oil can be used in the manufacture of soap and mechanical lubricants, but also to refine glycerin, lauric acid, n-decanoic acid, dodecenoic acid, etc., the oil can be used as fertilizer.Uses in everyday life include.

4) Spraying method: Add essential oils to distilled water, put them in a spray bottle, and spray them on the bed, clothes, furniture, pets, bookcases, and carpets at any time to disinfect and deodorize and improve the living environment.

Litsea cubeba essential oil is highly irritating and not suitable for patients with high blood pressure and epilepsy; it has menstruation effect and should not be used during pregnancy.
