The company organizes an annual innovation competition themed "Innovation for Efficiency Improvement, Fulfilling Nuoze's Commitment". By December 2023, it was about to hold its 8th edition, with more than 250 participating projects and a total prize fund of over 4 million yuan. Lead the R&D team in the introduction and trial planting of rosemary, provide standardized planting training for farming households, and carry out targeted poverty alleviation by adopting the "company + research institutions + cooperatives + farming households" model.

Participate in poverty alleviation projects for non-public enterprises and donate cash; provide rosemary seedlings; take part in the "Hand in Hand for Growth, Relay to Assist Poor Households in School Enrollment Action Plan"; donate edible alcohol and ginseng solid drinks during the COVID-19 epidemic; attend school uniform donation ceremonies, console lonely and elderly people, and carry out public welfare student aid activities for left-behind children; donate cash and materials for flood prevention and disaster relief in Ziyang District.
